Why this company exists
Public charging is being built faster than it is being operated. India's public network grew roughly sixfold between late 2022 and early 2025, and national targets point at an order of magnitude more by 2030. Meanwhile the measured gap between reported uptime and a driver's actual chance of charging has widened, not closed.
That gap is an operations problem, and operations problems are solved with instrumentation. Every charger already emits enough telemetry to explain its own failures. Almost none of it is read.
Reproducible before clever
If an alert cannot be replayed from its recorded inputs, it is not evidence. Detection stays deterministic no matter how capable models become.
Vendor-neutral by construction
We connect through the protocol chargers already speak. An operator's leverage over their own hardware should not depend on us.
The operator is the expert
The platform's job is to put the right fact in front of a technician quickly. It is not to replace their judgement.
Say what is measured
Availability, success rate and state of health are stated with their method attached. A number without a definition is marketing.
