This page describes how EV Spectra handles information collected through this website and through the platform when operated on a customer's behalf.

This website

The site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request necessary to serve them. If you email us, we retain that correspondence in order to reply.

Platform data

Telemetry processed on behalf of a customer belongs to that customer. It is not pooled across customers and is not used to train models. Deployments can be placed in a region of the customer's choosing, including inside their own cloud account.

Retention and deletion

Retention periods are set per deployment in the customer agreement. On termination, customer telemetry is exported or deleted according to that agreement.
